Startups create an average of 2 million jobs each year. Franchises,
who employ more than 21 million people and contribute more than $2.3 trillion in economic output in the United States each year (International
Franchising Association), are shown to have a success rate of over 90% after five years.

contributor to our national economy”, stated Trenton Mayor Douglas Palmer, Chair of the Conference of Mayors’ new Task Force on Franchising
and Small Business in Cities.
Start Business Expo plans to spark job creation in the Midwest by hosting exhibits of franchises
and startup resources that contribute to strong local economies.

Events at the expo also lay a foundation for success,
kicked off at 9 AM with a panel of experts on business startup and growth and followed by two popular Hour of Power Speed NetworkingTM events

To
top the day with even more tools for success for expo attendees, gifts will be given away on the hour, with a drawing for the grand
